Shipping

Free UPS Ground shipping for all US orders.  Orders are delivered in 2-5 business days (Monday - Friday).  These timeframes may vary depending on the location within the contiguous 48 states.  For an additional charge, Expedited UPS 2nd Day Air is also available. 

 

International Shipments

International Orders may incur Customs, Duties, and Importation Taxes.
Carolina Santo Domingo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).  All international orders are FINAL SALE. 

 

 

Holiday 2022 Order Processing, Shipping, and Returns

We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders.  Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business working days from order reception.  Expedited shipping timeframes do not include the order processing time.  During the holidays, please note we may encounter further delays in order processing.  ALL orders must be in by the 14^th of December in order to guarantee domestic delivery for ground shipping.
