Returns are only accepted for items sold within the U.S.A.  All International orders are FINAL as well as items on sale

US customers have 14 days to place a return from the date of order reception.  If 14 days have gone by since the reception of your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once customer service has processed the return request, we will send pre-paid shipping labels for items where returns are accepted.

For US orders wishing to make a return, please follow the below noted steps. 

  1. Within 14 days of reception of your order, email sales@carolinasantodomingo.comto request a return.  Include your order number and email associated with your order. 
  2. You will receive instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.  
  3. Items must be shipped within 2 working days of the return authorization. 
  4. Once the warehouse receives and verifies the return merchandise is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.  Kindly note it may take an additional few days for the refund to be credited back onto your credit card.

 We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
